I did this bright and cheerful layout to celebrate my dear daughter-in-law's 40th birthday.
She doesn't look a day over twenty-one!
I based the layout on Heather Waldron's Scrappy Sketches #8-13 but extended it to a double page.
Used heaps of stash, mainly DCWV papers.
